Importers, wholesalers, contractors and project buyers usually come to us with drawings, a BOQ or a simple list of rooms. We match the tile categories to the job, send samples, and keep one team responsible from quotation through to loading. Tiles can travel alone in a full container or be consolidated with sanitary ware, doors, flooring, kitchen cabinets and hardware from our Foshan warehouse.

From Enquiry to Container Loading
A tile order moves through four clear stages, and you see progress at each one.
- 01Send drawings or a product list
Share floor plans, reference images, a BOQ or a simple list of tile requirements. Dimensions, layout, colours, materials and finishes all help us match the right categories and formats.
- 02Quotation and design options
We return a detailed quotation within 24 hours, then prepare 2-3 design options for your approval, free of charge. You can adjust formats, surfaces and colour direction before anything is fixed.
- 03Sample approval and production
Samples are free of charge and you pay international shipping. Once you approve them, a contract is signed and production begins in our Foshan facilities, with photos of the process and finished goods sent to you.
- 04Loading and shipping
After packing, we organise container loading and shipping to your port. The logistics team counts the goods again during loading and takes photos and videos. Door-to-door delivery is available for some countries.

Free samples first
Samples are free of charge across all product categories including tiles. You pay only the international shipping cost, so you can check colour, surface texture and finish before placing a bulk order.
Consolidated loading
Tiles, bathroom fixtures, doors, flooring, kitchen cabinets and hardware can be consolidated into a single FCL shipment from our Foshan warehouse, which keeps supplier coordination in one place.

How do you handle quality control on tile orders?
Ceramic and porcelain tiles meet ISO 10545 standards. A quality inspection team follows up with spot checks during production, combining computer and manual review. Every order goes through documented quality control before shipping, and we can provide detailed quality inspection reports and container loading photographs. Third-party inspection reports are available on request.
Can tiles be shipped together with other building materials?
Yes. Tiles, bathroom fixtures, doors, flooring, kitchen cabinets and hardware can all be consolidated into a single FCL shipment from our Foshan warehouse. We support FOB Foshan or Guangzhou, CIF and EXW. Sea freight typically takes 15-45 days depending on your destination port, and door-to-door delivery is available for some countries.
