Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Samples are free of charge across all product categories, including tiles. You only pay the international shipping cost. This lets you physically verify quality, color accuracy, surface texture, and finish before committing to a larger order.
Do you handle export documentation and customs paperwork?
Yes. We prepare all standard export documents, including commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and certificate of origin. Additional documents such as fumigation certificates or product-specific test reports can be arranged as required by your country's customs authority.
Can I mix different tile types in one container?
