Send your enquiry with dimensions, layout, colours, materials and finishes. We reply with a detailed quotation within 24 hours, and free design work gives you 2-3 design options for approval. Once you approve, a contract is signed and production begins in our Foshan facilities, with photos of the production process and finished goods sent to you along the way.
When the order is complete and packed, Winway organises container loading and shipping to your port. We support FOB (Foshan or Guangzhou port), CIF and EXW, and door-to-door delivery is available for some countries. Tiles can be consolidated with bathroom fixtures, doors, flooring, kitchen cabinets and hardware into a single FCL shipment from our Foshan warehouse.

Can you produce tiles to our own size, texture or glaze?
Yes. Winway has its own ceramic tile factory in Foshan, and vitrified and porcelain tiles are produced in our facilities. We offer OEM and ODM work across most product lines, including custom tile sizes, surface textures and colour glazes. Custom orders typically require a higher MOQ and include a pre-production sample approval step before full manufacturing begins.
How are vitrified tiles packed for sea freight?
Tiles are packed in reinforced export cartons with foam padding and corner guards. FCL orders are palletized for stability during ocean freight. During loading, the logistics team counts the goods again and takes photos and videos, and we prepare standard export documents including the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin.
